Watzbot operates on a subscription-based model, offering monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

All features, usage limits, and pricing are clearly displayed before purchase.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Watzbot subscription at any time by:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing only

  • Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

  • No partial-period refunds are provided


3. Refund Policy

All payments made to Watzbot are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees

  • Setup charges

  • Add-ons or API usage fees

This applies even if:

  • You do not use the service after purchase

  • Your WhatsApp number is blocked or restricted by WhatsApp

  • You cancel before the subscription period ends


4. Trial Accounts

If a free trial is offered:

  • Trials are provided as-is

  • No payment is required during the trial period

  • Once upgraded to a paid plan, refund rules apply


5. Service Suspension or Termination

Watzbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

  • You violate our Terms & Conditions

  • You misuse WhatsApp APIs or send prohibited content

  • You engage in spam, fraud, or illegal activities


6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • Your account may be temporarily suspended

  • Access will be restored once payment is successfully completed

Watzbot is not responsible for service interruptions caused by failed payments.


7. Third-Party Limitations

Watzbot integrates with third-party services such as:

  • WhatsApp / Meta platforms

  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for refunds related to:

  • WhatsApp account bans

  • Template rejections

  • Third-party service downtime or policy changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
