By using Watzbot, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, and
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities performed under your account
Watzbot is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
4. Subscription and Payments
Watzbot offers free trials and paid subscription plans with different features.
Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected plan.
All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Failure to renew or complete payment may result in account suspension or feature limitation.
Watzbot reserves the right to modify pricing or plan features with prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Watzbot for legitimate business purposes only.
You agree not to:
Use Watzbot for spam, scams, or illegal activities
Send messages that violate WhatsApp policies or local laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform
Misuse APIs or overload system resources
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
You acknowledge that:
Watzbot operates in compliance with WhatsApp platform policies
Your WhatsApp account, templates, or numbers may be restricted or blocked by WhatsApp due to policy violations
Watzbot is not responsible for actions taken by WhatsApp or Meta platforms
7. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
By using Watzbot, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your data.
We may analyze anonymized data to:
Improve system performance
Enhance automation features
Provide better customer support
8. Third-Party Services
Watzbot may integrate with third-party services such as:
WhatsApp APIs
Payment gateways
Hosting or analytics tools
We are not responsible for disruptions, errors, or data issues caused by third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watzbot shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business loss, profit loss, or data loss
Account bans or messaging restrictions by WhatsApp
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Watzbot in the last three (3) months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Your subscription expires or payment fails
You misuse the platform or APIs
Upon termination, access to Services will be immediately revoked.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, trademarks, logos, and content related to Watzbot are the exclusive property of Watzbot and its licensors.
You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
12. Service Updates and Changes
We may introduce updates, improvements, or feature changes from time to time.
Continued use of Watzbot after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Disclaimer
Watzbot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business results.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
